The tap set with compensator tap is a high-quality complete solution for dispensing beer, available in various designs. This kit is often used in restaurants and bars and ensures that beer is tapped correctly to guarantee the best taste and optimal head. The following components are included in this set:
Components of the beer tap set
-
Flat cone with low profile:
- The flat keg is a keg that is particularly flat and compact in this design so that it can be used even in confined spaces. The keg has a low profile and fits easily under counters or in small storage rooms.
-
2 kg carbon dioxide cylinder including filling:
- A 2 kg CO2 cylinder is included in the set to provide the necessary pressure for tapping the beer. The cylinder is already filled with food-grade CO2 and is therefore ready for immediate use. This larger cylinder ensures a longer operating time without frequent replacement.
-
Pressure reducer with level indicator:
- The pressure regulator is an essential accessory for maintaining a constant CO2 pressure in the dispensing system. The level indicator makes it easy to monitor the CO2 level so that the user always knows when refilling is necessary.
-
Stainless steel column incl. compensator tap:
- The stainless steel column provides a hygienic and durable solution for dispensing beer. The column is approx. 40 cm high and has a diameter of 8 cm, giving it a stable and attractive appearance.
- The compensating tap ensures precise and even dispensing of the beer, prevents excessive foaming and thus ensures a perfect head – particularly important for beers such as wheat or top-fermented beers.
-
Beer hose with connection parts:
- An approx. 1 m long beer hose with the necessary connection pieces and fastening material is included in the set. The hose is used to transport the beer from the CO2 cylinder to the tap. The connection pieces allow the hose to be securely connected to the tap and the keg.
-
Carbon dioxide hose with 2 connectors:
- A carbon dioxide hose is included to transport the CO2 from the bottle to the keg. This hose is also equipped with the necessary connectors.
Cleaning set
The cleaning kit ensures that the dispensing system and tap always function hygienically and flawlessly:
-
10 sponge balls: These sponge balls are used to clean the hoses and enable thorough cleaning without damaging the hoses.
-
Cleaning adapter 30 mm: The adapter makes it easier to connect the cleaning brush or cleaning solution to the tap for targeted cleaning.
-
Metal Gardena 5/8": This adapter is necessary to connect the water supply to the dispensing system and to feed the cleaning solutions through the hoses.
-
Tap grease: The tap grease is used to maintain the tap, keep it moving smoothly, and extend its service life.
-
Tap key: The key is necessary to open or adjust the tap during maintenance work.
-
Keg cleaning brush: This brush is specially designed for thorough cleaning of the keg and the dispensing system. It helps to remove all residues and deposits that could affect the taste of the beer.
Summary
The tap set with compensator tap is a well-designed complete solution that includes everything you need for tapping beer. It consists of robust and durable components, such as the stainless steel column and the compensator tap, as well as the necessary accessories such as a CO2 cylinder, beer hose, and cleaning kit. This tap set ensures an optimal beer experience and easy maintenance of the system. It is ideal for restaurants, bars, or private use where high-quality beer dispensing systems are required.
