Payment and Shipping
The following terms and conditions apply:
Deliveries are made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, and Switzerland.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €7.90 per order (parcel shipping = DHL / Stalgast items = DPD).
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight shipping), we charge as follows:
31.5 kg and up & bulky goods: freight shipping
Flat rate of €69.90
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
International shipments (DHL International):
We charge shipping costs to the following countries as follows:
Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria
up to 1.0 kg = €25.99
up to 3.0 kg = 28.99 €
up to 5.0 kg = 31.99 €
up to 10.0 kg = 36.99 €
up to 31.5 kg = 64.99 €
Switzerland
up to 1.0 kg = 32.99 €
up to 3.0 kg = 36.99 €
up to 5.0 kg = 41.99 €
up to 10.0 kg = 51.99 €
up to 31.5 kg = 98.99 €
Shipping to other (unlisted) countries available upon request.
International shipping (freight forwarding): Available upon request.
Note on International Shipping
Due to varying legal requirements regarding packaging licensing in individual countries, we are unfortunately unable to offer shipping to all countries at this time. We ask for your understanding that we have adjusted our delivery area in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
Delivery Times
Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (within Germany) will be made within 3–5 days, and international deliveries within 5–7 days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Purchase on account for public institutions
Public institutions such as government agencies, schools, preschools, and other organizations can conveniently place orders with us on account. To do so, simply select the payment method “Purchase on account for public institutions” at checkout.
This is subject to both the billing and shipping addresses being registered to the respective public institution. We reserve the right to verify the information provided.
Further Details on Payment
If you pay in advance, we will grant you a 2% discount on the gross merchandise value of the order.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are shipped.
