The Untertheken complete set with 35 l Mobichill dry cooler and Classic/Cobra dispensing tap with compensator is a high-quality dispensing system that is suitable for both catering establishments and private use. It offers an efficient solution for dispensing beer, keeping it reliably at the perfect drinking temperature. Here is a detailed description of the components:
Dispensing system: Mobichill 35l/h dry cooler
The 35l Mobichill 25 dry cooler is a compact and powerful cooling system that is particularly easy to use and efficient.
-
Cooling capacity: The dry cooler has a capacity of 35 liters per hour, making it suitable for small to medium-sized applications. Ideal for private use or smaller catering establishments.
-
Weight: At only 18.4 kg, the dry cooler is comparatively light and easy to install without taking up much space.
-
Pipe: It works with a 7 mm pipe, which allows for precise beer dispensing.
-
Advantage: The dry cooler ensures that the beer is cooled through a closed system without coming into contact with outside air. This prevents the beer's taste from being impaired and keeps it fresh for longer.
-
Beer cooling: The dry cooler ensures that the beer remains at the ideal temperature without quickly losing quality through contact with warm air.
Classic / Cobra dispensing tower with compensator tap
The Classic / Cobra dispensing tower is a professional dispensing system that impresses not only with its functionality but also with its elegant design.
-
Material: The dispensing tower is made of high-quality stainless steel, which ensures high durability, resistance, and hygiene. Stainless steel is also easy to clean and retains its attractive appearance over a long period of time.
-
Compensator tap: The compensator tap is often used for top-fermented beers or wheat beers to ensure an even flow and prevent foaming problems. The compensator allows the beer flow to be finely regulated, creating the perfect head.
-
Beer flow control: The compensator tap ensures that the beer flows evenly from the dispensing system, guaranteeing an optimal drinking experience.
Accessories:
In addition to the dispensing system and the tap, various accessories are included that are essential for operating the system.
-
CO2 cylinder: The set offers a choice of different CO2 cylinders (425g, 500g, or 2kg). These cylinders are filled with food-grade CO2 and are used to pressurize the beer so that it can be tapped efficiently from the keg.
-
CO2 cylinder (425g, 500g or 2kg): The CO2 cylinders are ideal for different applications and quantities. A larger CO2 cylinder (e.g., 2 kg) is particularly useful if a longer operating time without frequent replacement is required.
-
Cleaning kit (only for 2kg bottles): Kits with a 2kg CO2 bottle also include a cleaning kit. This includes cleaning adapters and brushes for regular maintenance of the tap system and to maintain the quality of the beer.
-
Pressure regulator with level indicator: The pressure regulator controls the CO2 pressure required to dispense the beer from the keg. The level indicator allows the user to monitor the CO2 level to ensure that there is always enough pressure.
-
Keg cap of your choice: The keg cap ensures that the beer keg can be connected to the tap system safely and effectively. The appropriate cap can be selected depending on the keg model.
-
Beer hose & CO2 hose 7x12mm with SK number: The supplied hoses for beer and CO2 (7x12mm) enable the safe transport of beer and CO2 between the various components of the system. They bear the SK number to guarantee quality and safety.
