The KEG-Ceomat 3/4" pressure reducer (1.3 bar) with pressure gauge is a compact and reliable device used in CO2 systems to regulate the pressure in beverage containers such as kegs. The pressure reducer is particularly suitable for use in dispensing systems where a precise and stable CO2 supply is required.
Product description:
Main features:
-
Pressure regulation: The pressure regulator is set to a maximum outlet pressure of 1.3 bar. This is ideal for applications such as CO2 beer carbonation or dispensing systems where a constant and controlled CO2 supply is required.
-
Pressure gauge: The KEG-Ceomat is equipped with a pressure gauge that displays the current outlet pressure. This allows you to monitor the pressure in the system at all times and ensure that it remains within the desired range.
-
Design and connection: The pressure reducer is equipped with a 3/4" connection that offers standard connection options for CO2 hoses and devices. This ensures easy integration into existing dispensing or CO2 systems.
-
Spindle adjustment: The pressure regulator has a spindle that allows the outlet pressure to be adjusted continuously. The spindle is turned clockwise to increase the pressure and counterclockwise to decrease it.
Operating steps:
-
Closing the pressure reducer: To begin, turn the spindle of the pressure reducer counterclockwise until it stops. This closes the device completely and sets the outlet pressure to 0 bar. This step is crucial to ensure that the pressure reducer is not damaged by excessive pressure when the CO2 capsule is inserted.
Important: Make sure that the spindle is completely unscrewed before inserting the CO2 capsule to protect the pressure gauge from damage caused by excess pressure.
-
Inserting the CO2 capsule: Now unscrew the capsule holder and insert a 16g CO2 capsule into the compartment provided. The capsule holder must then be screwed tightly onto the thread. After a short hissing sound, continue turning the capsule holder until it is tight and the CO2 capsule is securely activated in the pressure reducer.
-
Connecting to the device: Once the CO2 capsule has been inserted and the capsule holder screwed tight, you can connect the pressure reducer to the desired device or hose line. The connection is made via the 3/4" thread, which allows for standard connections.
-
Pressure setting: Now turn the spindle clockwise to achieve the desired outlet pressure. The pressure can be finely adjusted so that you can accurately and conveniently reach the maximum pressure of 1.3 bar. When the maximum pressure is reached, a click is heard, indicating that the pressure reducer has reached its highest setting.
