Professional threaded bushing 5/8" – stainless steel connecting sleeve for dispensing systems (25 mm)

The robust solution for individual tap head adjustments, tap extensions, and pipe connections.

Do you have problems with threaded connectors that are too short, or do you need an absolutely pressure-tight connection between two 5/8" components? Our high-quality threaded bushing made of solid stainless steel is the indispensable connecting piece for every catering professional and ambitious hobby brewer.

High-quality materials & precise workmanship

This bushing was specially developed for use in beverage dispensing systems. Made of food-safe stainless steel, it guarantees absolute taste neutrality and maximum corrosion resistance—even with intensive cleaning with acidic or alkaline agents.

Material: 100% stainless steel (rustproof & durable)
Connection: 5/8" internal thread on both sides (standard beer thread)
Compact dimensions: 25 mm length for minimal installation height with maximum stability.
Solid construction: With an outer diameter of 30 mm, the bushing offers enough meat for a durable, distortion-free connection.

Sophisticated design: Easy to install

A special highlight is the integrated notch (wrench surface) for open-end wrenches. Unlike smooth sockets, this model can be tightened with standard tools without scratching or slipping and can be easily loosened again even after years of use.

Areas of application

Tap extension: Ideal for moving taps forward on dispensing columns or feed-throughs.
Adapter piece: Connection of two components with 5/8" external thread (e.g., tap head adapter or wall feed-throughs).
Repair & modification: Flexible use in beverage technology piping.

Quick and easy installation

Installation takes just a few moments and requires no technical knowledge:

First thread: Screw the first 5/8" external thread about halfway into the socket.
Sealing: Insert the standard beer seal supplied into the socket.
Second thread: Tighten the second threaded piece from the opposite side.
Fixing: Thanks to the notch, you can tighten the connection with an open-end wrench until it is hand-tight and completely pressure-tight. Done!
