Instructions – Tap set with keg dispensing column
The tap set with keg dispensing column is a practical and reliable solution for serving beer directly from kegs. The system is ideal for private use, parties, events, or smaller catering establishments. It enables safe, clean, and pressure-stable beer dispensing thanks to high-quality stainless steel components and CO₂ supply.
The set is available in three versions:

Variant 1: small CO₂ cylinder (500 g)

Variant 2: large CO₂ bottle (2 kg)

Variant 3: 425 g soda bottle (standard exchangeable bottle)
All versions contain all the components you need to get started right away.
1. Overview of the components
1. Keg
A KEG is required for use.
Note: The keg is not included in the scope of delivery, but is essential for operation.
Compatible systems: Type A, S, M, or D – depending on the selected keg closure.
2. CO₂ cylinder
The CO₂ cylinder provides the pressure to dispense the beer from the keg.
Variant 1 – 500 g CO₂ cylinder
Variant 2 – 2 kg CO₂ cylinder

4. Stainless steel keg dispensing column with compensator tap
The central component for dispensing beer.
Functions:

8. Installation – step by step
1. Secure the CO₂ cylinder

Insert into CO₂ holder (var. 1 & 3)
-
Position the cylinder vertically and securely
-
Screw on the pressure reducer and tighten
2. Connect the CO₂ hose
3. Prepare the keg
4. Mount the keg dispensing column
5. Adjust the compensator tap
6. Open CO₂

Slowly open the pressure reducer
-
Set the operating pressure according to the style of beer (typically 0.8–1.2 bar on the KEG)
-
Briefly vent the system until beer is in the column
9. Tapping – How to do it right

Hold the glass at an angle
-
Open the tap fully (never "half open")
-
If necessary, use the foam button to optimize the head
-
Regulate the flow using the compensator
10. Care & maintenance
Regular cleaning is essential:

Rinse pipes after each use
-
Regularly dismantle and clean the tap

Flush pipes with sponge balls from time to time
-
Clean keg caps and check seals
-
Store CO₂ cylinders in a dry and safe place
11. Notes

The keg is not included and must be purchased separately.

Always tap beer well chilled → prevents foaming

Never store CO₂ cylinders horizontally
