Induction hoods are efficient and energy-saving, as this technology directs fresh supply air directly into the hood's storage space. The suction effect captures the rising vapors more efficiently and guides them into the filter more quickly. Due to the temperature difference between the fresh air and the vapors, condensation already takes place in the separator and not in the exhaust air duct. Condensate and grease are collected in the internal channel and can be drained easily and hygienically using the ball valve on the side. The induction wall hood from the "Basic Line" series is made of high-quality stainless steel and is solidly welded at the corners. All edges are folded and the cut edges have been deburred for a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. The filter can of course be cleaned in the dishwasher. The wall hood is equipped with a type B flame protection filter and is therefore only suitable for kitchen areas in which no thermal kitchen appliances with a total output of > 25 kW are used, such as in the food serving area or in the scullery. When ordering, please ensure that the hood protrudes correctly so that your work area is reliably filtered. We supply this hood in depths from 900 mm to 1400 mm and in widths from 1200 mm to 5000 mm for all areas of application. For easier installation, hoods from 2900 mm width are supplied split.
