The foldable serving counter from GDW is a functional, durable, and aesthetically appealing solution for restaurants, event catering, trade fair construction, or temporary serving stations. Manufactured using traditional craftsmanship in our workshop, this counter stands for quality, flexibility, and modern design – with a special focus on hygiene, robustness, and mobility.
Function & design
This counter is designed for quick assembly, high stability, and space-saving storage. It consists of only two main components: a foldable stainless steel base frame and a stainless steel worktop that can be placed on top. The assembly is self-explanatory and can be completed in a few seconds:

Materials & construction
1. Stainless steel base frame
The foldable frame is made of high-quality stainless steel square tubing. This ensures maximum stability and is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and permanently hygienic. The solid tubing profile keeps the counter rigid and stable even under heavy loads.
2. Aluminum Dibond cladding
The front and side panels are made of opaque aluminum Dibond (either Basic or Master Bond) in black or white. This material combines low weight with high impact resistance, dimensional stability, and a clean, modern look.
Ideal for events, counter fronts with foil wrapping or as a neutral base in modern dining areas.
3. Work surface made of brushed stainless steel
The surface of the worktop is made of brushed stainless steel – ideal for food areas. The surface is scratch-resistant, hygienic, heat-resistant, and easy to clean.
Depending on requirements, the stainless steel plate can be backed with two different support materials:

For such applications, we recommend our models with PE work surfaces or special brewery covers.
