The ceiling hood from the "Expert Line" series is equipped with a type A flame protection filter and is suitable for use above thermal appliances with an increased risk of fire. Vapors and pollutants generated during the cooking process are reliably filtered out of the air and the spread of odors is prevented. Reducing the concentration of pollutants, moisture and heat in the kitchen air also actively supports occupational safety. Condensate and grease are collected in the internal channel and can be drained easily and hygienically using the ball valve on the side. The box-shaped ceiling hood is made of high-quality stainless steel, is fully edged and has a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. The filter can of course be cleaned in the dishwasher. When ordering, please ensure that the hood has the correct projection to ensure that your work area is reliably filtered. We supply this hood in depths from 1800 mm to 2400 mm and in widths from 1200 mm to 5000 mm for all areas of application. For easier installation, hoods from 2900 mm wide are supplied split.
