Installation Instructions

Inserting the gasket: Place the clear gasket onto the end of the selected fitting.

Installation in wing nut: Push the fitting and gasket together through the opening of the wing nut until they are securely in place.

Preparing the hose: Briefly heat the end of the CO2 hose with warm water or hot air (not boiling) to make the material pliable.

Insert the fitting: Forcefully push the fitting into the hose until it is fully seated.

Position the clamp: Slide the single-ear clamp over the section of the hose where the fitting is visible.

Secure the clamp: Use a suitable pair of pliers to securely close the clamp by squeezing it together.
