The beer tap is made of high-quality chrome-nickel steel (CNS), a rustproof and corrosion-resistant stainless steel that is particularly suitable for use in the beverage and food industry. Thanks to its excellent material properties, the shut-off tap is not only extremely robust and durable, but also resistant to mechanical stress and chemical influences.
Connection options & design
The shut-off valve has a 5/8" internal thread and a 5/8" external thread, which allows for flexible and easy integration into existing systems. These standardised connections make it compatible with a wide range of beer and beverage lines.
Thanks to its compact design, the tap takes up very little space and can be screwed directly onto a KEG (beer keg). This makes it an extremely practical solution for mobile dispensing, smaller dispensing systems, or professional use in the catering industry.

In addition to beer, this shut-off tap is also suitable for dispensing and dosing acidic beverages such as juices, spritzers, and wines. The choice of CNS as the material ensures high resistance to aggressive liquids, so there is no risk of taste changes or material wear due to acidic beverages.
