Thanks to its special design, it ensures gentle filling without the beer coming into contact with oxygen – thus optimally preserving the quality and freshness of your craft beer.

Quick guide – How the counterpressure filler works:

1 Insert bottle: Insert the bottle neck into the holder.
2 Secure: Turn the handle to lock the bottle securely in place.
3 Set the initial pressure: Turn the flow regulator to fill the bottle with CO2.
4 Reset the regulator: Once the desired pressure has been reached, return the regulator to its starting position.
5 Regulate the beer flow: Adjust the throttle valve and determine the pouring speed.
6 Fill: Once the desired fill level has been reached, set the regulator back to neutral.
7 Equalize pressure: After filling, slowly reduce the excess pressure.
8 Release the bottle: Turn the handle counterclockwise to release the bottle neck.
9 Remove: Remove the finished, perfectly filled bottle from the holder.
